Monte Creek - Cabernet Merlot

An attractive nose of juicy plum, cassis and subtle spice shows through, with some licorice. It is full-bodied with abundant ripe and polished tannins. This is balanced by rich plum and black cherry fruit, enhanced by blackberry and subtle baking spice notes. The fruit and substantial structure stand up beautifully to smoked ribs, bison burgers or pork souvlaki.
